Screw conveyor manufactured in stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) without intermediate bearings. Screw conveyor length 6.000 mm. with fully carried inner tube.

Lifting screw for paper pulp: Designed for lifting and transport of paperpulp. The gear motor is placed in the top for optimal drive conditions. Designed for a specific industrial application.

Key points for function: The screw is placed beneath the oven to collect hot ash. The screw is water filled and has a double function to collect the cooled ash and transport it to a container on scheduled time intervals. The screw replaces the standard known chain conveyor solution. The screw solution has reduced the water content in the ash compared to the chain conveyor. The screw has only one internal moving part inside the water filled casing - an internal greased sliding bearing.

Ash screw for humidifying ash from power plant: Designed for humidifying ash before it is dropped outside for pick up to final storage. In the top of the screw, two nozzle bridges are placed for additional possibilities to humiditify the ash. The screw is equipped with a hoist for easy maintenance.

Screw for dosing and mixing of salt. Key points for function: The screw is placed beneath a silo. In the dosing part iodine is added to the salt. In the mixing part (with paddle flights), the iodine is mixed into the salt and transported to the outlet. Adjustable legs for easy mount on site.

Turnable Screw Conveyor Ø350x10000mm. For transport of drill cuttings. Features: Turnable in an angle of 25°. The screw is easily turned with a hand wheel connected to a manual gear box. Turnable point under the inlet carrying the screw. The screw conveyor is manufactured with a self supporting beam ensuring a free span of app. 5 meter. Screw rotors with HARDOX flights (wear proven). Flexible intermediate bearings to ensure a long life time. Customer design to fit into the drilling rig. Housing and casings manufactured in stainless stell - 1.4401. Stainless steel screw conveyors for sludge transport: Complete set of process screws for pyrolysis handling of sludge. BEMA has undertaken manufacturing, assembly and trial run of all screw conveyors.

Complete system for powder dosing: Dosing screw with frequency controlled gear motor. Lifting screw to increase the level of the material. Distribution screw to supply the material for the right spot. System applied as a distribution system for a sack cutter. The system also serves to empty big bags.
