The SCADALink IP100 is a Serial-to-Ethernet Gateway, Multiport Industrial Terminal Server and Modbus Multiplexer designed for SCADA and automation applications requiring serial connectivity of LAN/WAN and Internet Networks. The IP100 enables IP access to serially connected devices such as PLC’s, RTU’s, SCADA hosts, Flow Computers, Data loggers and Radio Modem systems. Unique features such as multiple host connections and simultaneous TCP, UDP and Modbus TCP ports gives it flexibility and scalability in automation and SCADA applications. To maintain system availability for critical operations, the IP100 can be set up to provide a redundant connection through a serial or Ethernet interface. The failover provides a backup link should the primary connection between the SCADA Host and the IP100 becomes unavailable.

The SCADALink DC100 Modbus  Data Concentrator is a powerful and easy-to-configure device that can be used for Modbus Data Concentration from any combination Modbus Protocol based devices or I/O.  It’s I/O bus interface enables connection of up to 8 SCADALink I/O modules and with built-in serial and ethernet ports, it can act as a submaster to a SCADA Host, collecting data from remote sites in a hard-wired system or PLC systems that cannot poll. The DC100, with ability to communicate via Modbus Protocol via Serial (Modbus RTU) and Ethernet (Modbus TCP, Modbus over TCP) enable communication to via wireline, radio, cellular, satellite, and LAN/WAN makes a SCADA Systems integration tool for Oil and Gas, Pipeline, Water, and Power System Industries.

The SCADALink SAT100 is a flexible low power satellite SCADA device that provides Modem, RTU, and Alarm Callout in a single device. It is designed for remote SCADA communications and monitoring to RS232/RS485 serial devices such as Flow Computers, RTU, PLC, Smart Transmitters and Power Meters inaccessible by terrestial communications. The SAT100’s low power draw makes it an ideal solution for many remote SCADA applications.

The SAT110 is a portable RTU / Alarm Dialer Unit featuring built-in battery, vibration sensor, I/O, magmount and C1D2 hazardous location certification that can be rapidly deployed for monitoring Run / No Run condition of compressors and generators. Integral GPS allows location tracking of remote assets such as generators, compressors, tanks, skids, and buildings. The 3 integral I/0 allows connection of alarm contacts and switches.

The SCADALink RIO900 is designed to operate as Wireless IO, Wireless RTU, and Wireless  Modem System. License Free 900 Mhz Wireless Point-to-Multipoint Communication. The RIO900 features license-free 900 MHz spread-spectrum radio technology providing a range of up to 20 miles.  Longer range can be achieved with RIO900 nodes configured as Repeaters. Wireless I/O Telemetry: A key integral feature of the RIO900 is its wireless I/O signal replication mode (Figure 1).  In this mode, OUTPUT modules are paired to INPUT modules set at the same module address. The RIO900 supports replication of Digital I/O (contact closures) and Analog  I/O (4-20 ma) using AI/AO,  DI/DO, or COMBO-IO Pairs. The RIO900 supports both point to point and point to multi-point I/O replication.
