The Biodrum is built with a simple, robust and reliable technology. It is an essential equipment in the production of quality compost in order to provide an optimal biodegradable material in the anaerobic digestion processes for the profitable production of recovered solid fuel (SRF), not only of the organic fraction (green SRF) but SRF plastics as well and finally for the contribution of a high quality fuel in  energy recovery processes, like gasification.

Screening trommels are an essential part of waste pre-treatment facilities, with different screening diameters and lengths for RSU, packaging, CSR and  bulky waste treatment. Our trommels, sold worldwide for more than 25 years, guarantee our equipment efficiency and durability. They are distinguished by the fact they have security systems installed and all the access to the inside of the trommel are specifically designed to guarantee the cleaning and maintenance work to be as practical and fast as possible.

With the goal of assuring an efficient bag opener getting to urban and packaging waste treatment plants, Bianna Recycling has developed a great bag opener equipment which is characterized by its maximum efficiency and low operating costs. The Windsifter is a rugged equipment with great capacity to separate the light material from the heavy one. The aim of which is the separation of the inert material (stones, scrap, stainless steel) so availability and durability of the secondary shredders of alternative fuels production lines can be increased, thereby assuring a low operating cost.

We also offer customised solutions for each project, searching for a great plastic film separation and low investment costs.

Thanks to the acquired experience in this field and on the basis of material to be carried, location in the selection process and sort of equipments to be feeded, different conveyors belts models have been developed. In addition to standard equipments, Bianna Recycling has a technical department which is able to provide special solutions for any need that may arise. Conveyor belt made of steel sheets, and specifically designed for the transportation of large volumes of light fractions, as EEL , paper, cardboard.

The equipment is fitted with two transport worm drives and a huge feeding hopper, which provides a great material dosification with a buffer of different capacities.
