Bias - Static Strength Tests System
Static strength tests are the one where load is applied static or quasi-statically. Load can be applied multi-axially. Loading is generally force or displacement.
Bias - Environmental Testing System
Components or systems are tested for their storage and operational conditions under tough environmental conditions with environmental test chambers. Environmental test chambers operate temperatures between -70 °C and +150 °C and can simulate humidity between %5 and %98. Temperature and humidity profiles can be programmed for long test cycles. Ports on the walls of chambers allow to input mechanical loading, electrical cables, communication lines or fluid line entry inside cabin.
Bias - Vibration and Shock Testing System
Vibration and shock testing is mostly done by using electrodynamic shakers. Electrodynamic shakers can perform vibration tests up to 2000Hz whereas servo hydraulic shaker offers up to 200Hz test capability but with larger dimension and heavier payloads. Vibration and shock tests in three orthogonal directions are performed sequentially. Horizontal tests are performed on slip table of the shaker system and vertical test is performed on shaker in vertical manner.
