Explosive & Flammable Gases
Bieler-Lang - Model ExDetector X5 - Advanced Gas Detector Transmitter
The ExDetector X5 is a gas detector approved for use in explosive environments of ATEX Zones 1 and 2, as well as dust environments of Zones 21 and 22. It measures and displays the current concentrations of explosive or toxic gases and vapors. If required, it can be equipped with two sensor heads simultaneously. This allows the X5 to detect different gases using different measurement principles and sensor technologies at the same time.
Bieler-Lang - Model ExDetector HC 100 / HC 100 K - Detector
The ExDetector HC 100 sensor measures the current concentration of explosive gases and vapors. The ExDetector HC 100 is used to detect combustible gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle is based on catalytic combustion (pellistor). With this measuring principle, a large number of gases can be monitored, e.g. hydrogen and hydrocarbons (other gases on request).
Bieler-Lang - Model ExDetector HC 200 - Detector
The ExDetector HC 200 probe is used to measure the current concentration of explosive gases and vapors. With the ExDetector HC 200, combustible gases and vapors can be detected in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle is based on catalytic combustion (pellistor).
Bieler-Lang - Model HC 150 / HC 150 K - Detector
The ExDetector HC 150 is used to measure the current concentration of explosive gases and vapors. The ExDetector HC 150 can be used to detect explosive gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle is based on catalytic combustion (pellistor). This measuring principle can be used to monitor a large number of gases, e.g. hydrogen and hydrocarbons. It additionally meets all criteria for use in Ex zone 2 and in areas of functional safety according to SIL-1.
Bieler-Lang - Model ExDetector SC 220 - Detector
With the ExDetector SC 220, combustible gases and vapors can be detected in the measuring range from 0 to 50 % LEL. A semiconductor gas sensor is used for the measurement, which is very robust. It is often a useful alternative to sensors that cannot be used due to the presence of catalyst poisons in the atmosphere.
Toxic Gases, C0² & Oxygen-Detection
Bieler-Lang - Model ExMonitor - Detector
The ExMonitor detector are used to measure and display toxic gases or oxygen. An electrochemical measuring cell is used for the measurement. Especially in Ex-zones the devices of the Exmonitor series are used. A type examination certificate for the electrical safety of the operating equipment is available.
Refrigerant Monitoring
Bieler-Lang - Model IR 220 - Gas Detector
The GasDetector IR 220 is used for the detection of CO² and refrigerants. An infrared gas sensor is used for the measurement.
Mobility and Parking
Bieler-Lang - Model GMC 8022 - Gas Measuring Computer/Controller
The evaluation unit GMC 8022 is a gas measuring computer for top-hat rail mounting. In conjunction with up to 2 probes, with 4 to 20 mA signal output, the GMC 8022 is used to display and trigger protective measures. The GMC 8022 has a measuring function certificate BVS 03 ATEX G007 X. It is suitable for use in areas of functional safety according to SIL1.
Bieler-Lang - Model GMC 8022E - Gas Measuring Computer/Controller
The GMC 8022 E controller is a gas measurement computer for 19″ rack-mount housings. In conjunction with up to 2 probes, with 4 to 20 mA signal output, the GMC 8022 E is used to display and trigger protective measures. The GMC 8022 E has a measuring function certificate BVS 03 ATEX G007 X. It is suitable for use in areas of functional safety according to SIL1.
Industrial Systems Controllers
Bieler + Lang - Model GMC 8364 - Gas Measuring Controllers
The GMC 8364 controller is a gas measuring computer mounted in the assembly housing for installation in a control cabinet. Combined with up to 64 detectors with an output of 4-20 mA, the GMC 8364 displays the gas concentration and triggers safety responses if the gas concentration is too high. Up to 48 outputs can be connected to this flexible system with the aid of extension cards.
