BF-PPS design is the most innovative product with more Than 15 years of research in improving design manufacturing processes on rubber expansion joints, developed to manufacture an expansion joint that fits to any customer needs. Initially used in GRP pipe systems (glass-reinforced plastic). Thanks to its great elasticity and ability to absorb movement, its activation forces are minimal. This type of rubber expansion joint is a low-cost, high-rotation anti-vibration product to handle vibrations at pressures of up to 16 bar (250 psi) and diameters up to DN 600 mm (24”). This type of compensator was initially designed for air conditioning installations. It is now used in industrial settings for undemanding tasks, primarily to absorb vibrations and compensate for small movements
