Hydraulic Briquette Press
Biomass Briquette Systems BP-250 is a single 2" diameter hydraulic briquette press. The BP-250 comes complete as shown in the picture to the left, with the main control panel and cooling fan. A PLC controls the operation of the machine, starting with the speed and timing of the feed augers. The hydraulic pack uses one (1) 20-HP motor. Being able to control auger speeds gives the machine flexibility to run different feed stocks and produce different length briquettes. The BP-500 is a dual 2" diameter hydraulic briquette press. The remaining features are the sample as noted for the BP-250 with the exception of the BP-500 hydraulic pack uses two (2) 20-HP motors.
