Bionics Scientific is a Delhi based India`s leading manufacturer of muffle furnaces for laboratory use with temperature range 800°C to 1800°C. Atmosphere Furnaces by Bionics Scientific are designed and manufactured to accommodate wide processing areas where inert atmosphere is required to protect heating samples that are prone to oxidation. Typical applications, where these units are employed are bonding, curing and heat treating. Often called controlled atmosphere furnace, these units are ruggedly constructed, feature double shell chamber with provision of fan cooling. Each unit contains digital PID controller, which ensures higher level of temperature accuracy while experiencing comfortable working all the time. Long service life heating elements deliver wonderful heating experience even at constant high temperatures.

Our tube furnaces are designed and manufactured in India with specified zones or chambers, whether single zone, dual zone or multiple zones and are mounted horizontally or vertically and operated with temperature ranges up to 1800°C. The standard units are manufactured with maximum temperature range from 1200°C to 1600°C. Temperature is controlled by 30 segment PID controller, which ensures excellent level of temperature accuracy and reliability. The horizontal vacuum chamber is double walled constructed with provision of water cooling keeping your samples safe from any unwanted conditions.
