BPC - Fenton Advanced Oxidation Technology of Industrial Wastewater

Fenton oxidation is one of the proven techniques to treat difficult inorganic COD as well as heavy metals in wastewater. This advanced oxidation process is complicated yet very much promising when it comes to results. Due to its high CAPEX and OPEX cost, Fenton is installed at very selective sites. BPC took a liberty to combine this Advanced Oxidation technique with Post treatment chemical precipitation. This combination not only provides desired quality of treated effluent but also lowers cost by 20-30%.  This combination technique has been tested on the most difficult effluent streams from industries like dying and pharmaceuticals effluent streams running a 100 lph pilot system. This also helped to reduce sludge production which is also a major concern for Fenton process.

BPC - ACT Sequential Mode Bioremediation System

Getting High & Sustainable Quality treatment is the most challenging objective to achieve which is made possible by our patented process named ACT Sequential mode Bioremediation System. This process utilizes the same retention time (reactor volume) but splitting it in two sequential reactors. The first reactor is always an ACT reactor (low biomass, robust bioremediation with young bacteria), the second reactor can be one of the conventional HIGH Biomass reactor (Activated sludge, SBR, MBR) This patented setup takes “the best of both worlds” and provides complete process stability in an elegant way (avoiding the need for equalization and “Off spec” volumes) and also reducing chemical usage in pre and post treatment.
