Sewage Water Recycling

Wastewater Treatment System

The BZM-model sewage recycling plants uses the Sequential Batch Reactor process to provide effective treatment of sewage water in various applications in scale from residential to large communities. The BZM-model sewage recycling process provides for full Carbon and Nitrogen removal and produces high quality effluent that is odor free and suitable for re-use including irrigation and toilet flushing. Due to its high quality it may also be discharged into sensitive water courses. BZM-model sewage recycling systems use in-ground site constructed concrete chambers with ancillary equipment including aerators and pumps centrally installed and controlled in an adjacent machinery housing room. BZM-Model sewage recycling System use a separate pre-treatment section to mechanically hold back solids and a biological aeration and settling tank.

    SBR Wastewater Treatment Plants

The SBR wastewater treatment plants use the Sequential Batch Reactor process to provide effective treatment of sewage water in various applications in scale from residential to large communities. The SBR process provides for full Carbon and Nitrogen removal and produces high quality effluent that is odor free and suitable for re-use including irrigation and toilet flushing. Due to its high quality it may also be discharged into sensitive water courses. SBR systems use in-ground site constructed concrete chambers with ancillary equipment including aerators and pumps centrally installed and controlled in an adjacent machinery housing room. Sequencing batch reactors or SBRs use a separate pre-treatment section to mechanically hold back solids and a biological aeration and settling tank.

    Biodigester Septic Tank

    Biozone Biodigester

Most of the common biodigesters in Kenya are small, single chamber systems with a baffle walls and have small volume capacities. This prevents the waste from being fully broken down due to minimal waste retention time. The Biozone Biodigester System has four distinct chambers and sufficient volume ensuring adequate retention time for waste digestion. Secondly, most of the common biodigesters have small inspection points (100-200 millimeters in diameter) and are therefore too small for effective inspection and maintenance. The Biozone Biodigester System has three large distinct inspection points (450 by 600 millimeters) this enables effective inspection and maintenance.
