BM&M Screening Solutions has been building high efficiency CounterFlow Chip Screens since 1987. The CounterFlow Chip Screen is a unique concept that provides a tremendously efficient screen in a relatively small footprint. Thanks to a multi-tier design, CounterFlow high-speed gyratory screeners provide a total of 28’ in screen length, with the footprint of a 14’ standard chip screen.

BM&M Screening Solutions’ Super Screen system utilizes a high-speed, horizontal gyratory design that is dynamically balanced to allow for greater screening speeds and larger strokes than conventional sifters and screeners. It features the same patented, aggressive screen action that enable all of our screens to achieve maximum capacities and maximum efficiencies.

BM&M Screening Solutions’ CounterFlow Super Screen is a unique, high efficiency screening solution for applications that require a special flow arrangement. Building off our popular, high performance Super Screen gyratory screening machine, we added a CounterFlow screen feature that increases the screen area of the machine without expanding its footprint.

The Super-Deck Screen is BM&M’s high-capacity, high-speed horizontal gyratory screening solution. It is dynamically balanced to allow for greater rotational speeds (300 RPM) and larger strokes than conventional sifters and screeners that use reciprocating (back-and-forth) motion.
