The current generation of construction machines are streamlined and often include various after-market options. Consequently, the installation space for pressurised filter systems has become more limited. That is why BMAir developed the MAO-2. Smaller, powerful, mountable in various positions and suitable for practically every construction machine. The BMAir MAO-2 represents our highest standard in the field of quality and safety for machine operators.

The MAO-6 is renewed whereby the filter capacity has been increased with 30 mm. The enlarged filter surface and streamlined design make the system ready for the future. It is possible to place 3 filters and monitor them with the control systems TAC(S) or OCS. This allows you to use the system in a variety of activities.

The BMAir MAO-12 is equipped with an unique patented system that ensures that the polluted air is sucked in at the bottom of the unit. The P1 coarse dust filter is placed in a compartment separated from the P3 and optional active carbon filters . The operator (with the right PPE) can change the pre-filter himself; this is highly efficient in (very) dusty environments where frequent exchange of the P1 dust filter can be necessary and prevents an unnecessary load on the other filters.  Another advantage of the MAO-12 is that this pre-filter is self cleaning: the vibrations of the machine release the dust automatically out of the system and prevent potentially dangerous particles to accumulate under the filter.  The MAO-12  can be mounted on the roof as well as on the fender of a vehicle.

This BMAir filter pressurization system is equipped for installation on the roof of construction machines. The MAO-4XL is based on the BMAir MAO-4HC. The difference between the two is that the MAO-4XL has a larger filter capacity, and can thus perform longer under much heavier working conditions. Additionally the MAO-4XL and the MAO-5, with an even larger filter capacity, fit into the same frame. In order to upgrade the security level when working under extreme working conditions,  the two systems can be easily switched

The MAO-8 is a compact system that can be easily placed on the cabin of smaller machines whilst maintaining maximal sight from the vehicle. The BMAir MAO-8 is optionally equipped with an integrated air conditioning unit. This will even enhance the comfort of the filtered clean air in your cabin.

The TAC is designed with the thought of a handy design that meets the latest technique. The TAC system has optical and acoustic signaling. It has a great diversity of functions like; hourcounter, automatic blowerregulation and green light control. The filterleds`change color as the filter becomes satured, so you can order or change filters before it`s to late.

The OCS is a control panel for BMAir Units. Parameters such as user hours can be set and the gas sensors` limit values are freely adjustable. For those who wish to monitor and register the mechanic`s risks more closely there is the option of recording the values of the measured overpressure and gas sensors by data logging. You can then analyse in retrospect how that work progressed.

The OCS is also fully ready to connect to a GPRS / UMTS modem. PC software allows you to check current values directly online via the internet. The software allows you to follow several vehicles at once so the supervisor has a clear overview in the vehicle park.

Which filter to use depends on the pollutants and concentration of the contaminated dust or conditions where the installation is applied. Ask advice from the safety expert present which type of filters to use. The Type of dust and carbon filters run`s parallel to the description of breahting masks.
