Model OCS040 -Filter Pressurized System Control Panel
The OCS is a control panel for BMAir Units. Parameters such as user hours can be set and the gas sensors` limit values are freely adjustable. For those who wish to monitor and register the mechanic`s risks more closely there is the option of recording the values of the measured overpressure and gas sensors by data logging. You can then analyse in retrospect how that work progressed. It is also possible to fit sensors to the outside of the cabin so contamination in the area is registered. The OCS is also fully ready to connect to a GPRS / UMTS modem. PC software allows you to check current values directly online via the internet. The software allows you to follow several vehicles at once so the supervisor has a clear overview in the vehicle park.
The OCS040D is a control system based on a PLC. The flexibility it offers makes it possible for us not only to follow, but also set the trends. The system gives an acoustic or optical warning signal when the pre-set value is not reached. The strength of the devise lies in its simplicity, you only need 3 buttons to use it. So the machinist can work safely without any added worries.
