Ventipro steam-air mixture sterilizers provide gentle and efficient terminal sterilization of pressure or heat sensitive pharmaceutical products and materials, such as syringes, plastic bags, and sealed glass or plastic containers. After the sterilization cycle is complete, product leaves the chamber cool, dry, and ready for labeling.

Sterilab laboratory steam sterilizers meet the requirements of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and provide efficient bulk sterilization for vivarium and high-throughput applications. With a range of standard or fully custom chamber sizes and flexible layout options, Sterilab sterilizers can be configured to meet your specific requirements.

Dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation ensures complete destruction of micro-organisms by means of dry heat over a controlled period of time. The process is environmentally safe and, therefore, ideal for treatment of empty ampoules, injection bottles, infusion bottles and production equipment. It is also suitable for sterilization of liquids with low moisture content or powder medications.

The Ecocell line of ovens with natural circulation air flow, offers a noiseless and vibration-free solution for drying and heating needs.  The low velocity air flow ensures safe processing of lightweight powders or other products that can be disturbed by higher air flow.

BMT Unisteri sterilizers are equipped with chambers made entirely of 316L stainless steel for superior durability. The jacket surrounding the chamber is made from 316Ti for superior corrosion resistance to plant steam.

From basic single walled, non-jacketed stainless steel storage tanks to sophisticated bioreactor vessels, we can assist you in designing equipment that meets your process needs. Our vessels are designed and fabricated to meet 3A, FDA and USDA standards for the laboratory research, biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Different processes require different surface finishes; we can provide from a standard 2B mill finish up to a 400 grit mechanically polished mirror finish with electropolishing.  In addition to all grades of stainless steel, we also supply vessels made from titanium and other special alloys.

The Incucell line of stability chambers and incubators is designed for the safe treatment of microbiological cultures. Due to the natural circulation, the Incucell produces no noise and provides soft air convection within the chamber. These devices are especially fit for biological laboratories, pharmacies, cosmetics, veterinary medicine and food processing testing.
