Soil Sampling Technology

Modern And Fastest Soil Sampler

The N 2006 is currently the most modern and fastest soil sampler on the market. The speed per sampling cycle is 3 - 5 seconds. By attaching it laterally, monitoring of the sampling process is possible through the side mirror of the carrier vehicle. Another advantage is the secure soil sampling at the desired depth, even in very hard soil conditions. For this, the corresponding carrier vehicle requires only minimal counterweight. The N 2006 is equipped with its own hydraulic unit as standard, making it independent of the onboard hydraulics of the carrier vehicles. Control is done through a single-button control panel with a counter. The N 2006 ensures professional soil sampling in every aspect. Drilling system for sampling depths up to a maximum of 30 cm By using a special drill, a precise soil sample can be obtained The drill screws into the soil similar to a corkscrew It ensures that an evenly distributed amount of sample material is obtained from all layers.

Electric Drilling System

The "N2012" is a completely electrically operated drilling system (24 V DC) for sampling depths of up to max. 30 cm and offers a simple, fast and inexpensive solution for taking reliable soil samples. Operated via the 38Ah battery and continuously charged by the carrier vehicle additional drive unit is required. The peaks in demand are compensated by the battery. A fully charged battery at the start of work guarantees the energy supply for a whole working day. The device has a one-button control element with a counter. The removal is triggered at the push of a button from the driver`s seat. The machine can be used on almost any carrier vehicle can be attached. Due to the very low noise level, however, it is particularly suitable for attachment to quads or other light vehicles. Small off-road vehicles or our light special trailer "AH2" are also very well suited as carrier vehicles.

Sampler For Extracting N-Min Soil Samples

By using hydraulic power for all functions, a highly efficient and low-wear device has been developed for use. It is ideally suited for attachment to light vehicles. This sampler is very user-friendly and, therefore, provides the best conditions for professional and long-term use.

Ford Ranger

Innovative Pickup Conversion based on the `Ford Ranger`: The soil sampling device (`Multiprob 120-UP`, `NH90/120-UP`, or `Duoprob 60-UP`) is integrated `into` the pickup and driven by an oil pump installed in the engine compartment. With this vehicle, you can not only freely participate in public road traffic and drive directly from the road onto the field, but this conversion variant has additional advantages. Due to its positioning directly behind the rear axle and the large, rugged tires, we achieve significantly improved weight distribution and much lower ground pressure with good traction and vastly improved driving characteristics. No separate drive unit is required anymore. Despite the conversion, there is enough space to mount brackets for cooling and toolboxes, as shown in the illustration. Despite the attachment of the machine, the overall weight of the vehicle only slightly increases compared to the original weight of the pickup before the conversion.

Manually Operated Equipment For Soil Sampling

Drill Rods, Probes, Dipsticks and Accessories

For soil sampling up to a depth of 1.5 m, we manufacture impact drilling rods made of tool steel. These drilling rods have a conical outer shape along their entire length and a sampling groove of 18 mm or 15 mm. They are turned with a handle and lifted out of the ground. Due to their nature, these tools are suitable for the most demanding requirements.

Drill Pipe and Accessories

Drill rods for opening up normal soil profiles up to a depth of 10m. This drill rods (Ø 22 mm) consists of the following individual parts: Drilling groove, total length 1100 mm, usable length 1000 mm with 12 mm groove for receiving the soil sample. Extensions 1000 mm long, 5/8" internal thread on both sides. All parts are interchangeable and screwed with connecting bolts. The length of the drill string can thus be changed according to the requirements. The upper end of the linkage is provided with a hammer head for hand hammer operation or with special hammer heads for the respective impact machine. We recommend two special wrenches so that the linkage can always be screwed tight. To pull out the linkage, we supply a lifting device, which consists of a jack, a lifting rod and a clamping chain. Another alternative to pulling the linkage is the one-arm pulling device with integrated ball clamp.

Göttingen Drill Rods

The Göttingen drilling rods were developed for Nmin sampling up to 90 cm. Sampling is done by hand and without additional tools. They are pressed into the ground and are therefore only suitable for light soils. The drill groove is made of specially hardened steel. The ingenious milled profile and the system of three drill bits with matching diameters minimize the frictional forces when piercing and pulling out. Compared to conventional removal tools, only a small amount of force is required.
