Our four offices provide UKAS accredited and HSG 264 compliant Asbestos Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys. We also undertake Re-inspections of current asbestos surveys as part of our management services.

An Asbestos Management Survey is the standard survey required on any building built or refurbished before 2000. Its purpose is to locate as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect Asbestos Containing Materials in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to access their condition.

It is a legal duty to carry out a risk assessment to identify and assess whether there is a risk posed by exposure to Legionella from the hot and cold water system or any work associated with it.
