Brilliant Environmental Services, LLC (Brilliant) provides assistance with environmental land planning for Brownfields redevelopment sites utilizing its combined Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and remediation capabilities. With expertise in these two inter-related fields, Brilliant is able to evaluate the cost implications associated with various land plans when considered in conjunction with soil contamination issues at a site. Brilliant works with developers and engineers to review a site layout, review the contaminant conditions, and develop an associated soil remediation plan and cost analysis within the time-constraints of a typical real estate due diligence period. Brilliant’s mission is to alert our clients to the critical issues involved with developing contaminated sites and then help facilitate the development in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Brilliant Environmental Services, LLC (Brilliant) provides high quality environmental field services by trained OSHA certified professionals. Brilliant’s staff of Remedial Technicians, Environmental Technicians, Mechanics and Sampling Technicians has the expertise to assess, repair, sample and operate all field service equipment and provide onsite environmental services.

SI/RI in Accordance with the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation. Site Investigations (SI) are generally undertaken following the completion of a PA to evaluate an area with the presence or potential presence of environmental liabilities at the subject property. A SI is an intrusive investigation completed to confirm the findings of the PA. A Remedial Investigation (RI) is completed following a SI to finalize delineation of impacts, if necessary. SI/RI may include the following: collection of soil and groundwater samples, tank testing services, tank location services, drilling, and/or test-pitting.
