Our ability to maintain a large client base throughout a wide geographic region is in a large part due to our commitment to providing services in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner. We maintain low overhead, resulting in lower billing rates and increased cost savings for our customers. We pride ourselves on providing a quality product on time and on budget. Additionally, our ability to hire and retain long-term skilled key personnel has significantly contributed to our success.
Broadbent is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. Accordingly, the company has developed a detailed and robust Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) program established to address HSSE issues employees may encounter during the course of their job activities.
We have worked diligently and successfully at developing a “safety first” mentality/culture with our employees and our subcontractor network. Specific goals of this HSSE program are: 1) Prevention of occupational illness or injury; 2) Prevention of property damage; and 3) Elimination or control of occupational and public HSSE hazards or nuisances.
This policy is applicable to all Broadbent employees and also includes control of work protocol, safety compliance auditing, and incident case management procedures. Many employees also have a thorough understanding of additional client-specific HSSE policies. When client-specific programs are implemented, the employees are provided an additional HSSE manual and are trained in those client-specific policies.
Our HSSE program and culture have been recognized and awarded for excellence by our clients and is demonstrated by our good standing with the BROWZ and PICS contractor safety/management programs. We are proud of our safety record and we are confident our program will meet or exceed the HSSE requirements of our clients.
