Preciseflex - Model PF3400 - Collaborative SCARA Robot
The PF3400 is the world`s first collaborative four-axis SCARA robot. Its inherently safe design allows the PF3400 to achieve speeds and accelerations much faster than any other collaborative robot while still limiting forces to ISO collaborative robot standards, making the PF3400 the world`s fastest/safest robot. There are over 1,000 units of the PreciseFlex Industrial Collaborative family of robots currently operating safely in a variety of workcells all over the world without shielding. These applications include life science/laboratory automation, small parts handling and consumer electronics testing. In addition to the robot satisfying ISO standards, these cells have been evaluated by both internal end-user and OEM safety groups and have been judged to be safe to use without shielding.
Precise - Model PAVP6 - Collaborative 6-Axis Tabletop Robot
The PAVP6 is a collaborative, tabletop six-axis articulated robot. The intrinsic collaborative capability of this robot permits it to be safely used next to people without requiring safety barriers, which are expensive, consume a great deal of bench/floor space, and obstruct access to equipment. Furthermore, all control electronics and power supplies are built into the robot`s base creating an extremely compact structure that eliminates extra controller cabinets, external harnessing and complicated installations and integrations. This space saving design combined with the robot`s collaborative aspects, low cost, reliable mechanism and excellent position repeatability make the PAVP6 an ideal choice for applications that require 6-axis capabilities and where size, safety and costs are critical.
Model PP100 - Collaborative Cartesian Robot
The PP100 is the world`s only collaborative Cartesian robot. Its novel mechanical design offers a price below most collaborative robots and lowers the overall costs of table top applications. This lightweight robot is available with 2-axes (XZ) or 3-axes (XYZ) and an optional theta/servo gripper. If your application only requires simple X or Y or Z motions and collaborative operation is important, the PP100 is the perfect solution.
