B.S.P. Engineering owns special machines for the metal Spiralled Silos construction, thus reaching 100.000 m3 approx in terms of yearly storing production. BSP Spiralled Silos are sized by a calculation report which fixes the metal sheet thickness according to the product to store, the accidental loads, the wind, snow and seismic influence and determines the loads on foundations.

Rotobox planetary extractors, for flat bottom silos with diameter from 3 to 20 meters, for the extraction of difficult flowing products. A special know-how technology hold into a planetary box, allows the extraction of the product. All the mechanisms are protected inside a triangular or pentangular tunnel beam crossing the diameter of the silo. Radial and translating rotations of the screw are driven by the special planetary box.

The extraction of POWDERY PRODUCTS from silos and storehouses is not so easy as it seems: powdery and compacting bulk behaves differently any time and can cause a lot of problems. BSP Planetary extractors collect the product from the whole surface of a at bottom silo and convey it towards the central outlet. The most important technology to extract hard owing products from at bottom silos is the B.S.P. Rotobox Planetary Extractor constituted by a metallic beam crossing the silo diameter. Suitable to any Field and to any product: industrial, food, chemical and plastics, aggregates, sludges and depurations, wastes and biomasses, animal’s meals and vegetables Flours.
