Our Solydo PP range offers you a wide selection of fittings in diameters from 110 mm to 400 mm. Because of these standard diameters, Solydo can also be used with other pipe systems without the need for special adapters. They can be easily combined with PP pipes and other accessories such as Axedo inspection chambers. The completeness of the Solydo product range, including manholes and other accessories, guarantees the customer the convenience of a one-stop shop. This helps to avoid additional transport and administration costs.

Even if you are looking for extra security in standard waste water fittings, we offer you a wide range of options. With our extensive range of SN8 fittings up to 400mm in diameter, your entire system can be made extra strong. Available in orange-brown RAL8023 and grey RAL7037 as standard. Fitted with the most suitable sealing ring for the purpose to ensure the highest standard of quality.

We offer a wide range of fittings for non-pressure sewage pipes in ring stiffness SN4. Our injection-moulded PVC wastewater fittings are mainly intended for interior drainage and rain gutter systems. These fittings are available with diameters up to 160 mm. They are not only available in the colour grey (RAL 7037), but also in special colours on request. We use the latest technology in the production of our fittings: the sockets are formed by foldable rings in the tool, which ensures a tight and accurate connection with the pipes. We supply our fittings with BL rings inserted.

Our AXEDO PP chamber bases are designed for installation at depths of up to 6 m in accordance with EN13598-2. They are used in a variety of ways as the basis for inspection chambers in unpressurised sewage systems.

Cast-in connectors are cast into a chamber or pipe during the production process. Alternatively, they can be bricked in and then embedded in an oversized hole. To do this, they are pressed into a hole drilled beforehand with a specific diameter (and low tolerance). We produce push-in and cast connectors for both horizontal and vertical applications. Push-in and cast connectors for vertical applications are equipped with a reinforced stop to withstand the pressure load (40kN according to Dutch standards). They are also provided with a special rubber seal to allow easy mounting of a standpipe (which must not be bevelled!).

Ever since the 1980s, BT Nyloplast`s gullies have been prevalent in the streets. Gullies have evolved considerably as a result of the wishes of customers and market research. Examples are an impact-resistant PE-bottom replacing PVC, a U3 recyclate sump instead of solid wall, an extended program of covers, filter systems and/or swivel joints, varying sand trap capacity and a KOMO certificate. Since October 2010, BT Nyloplast has taken a major step towards sustainability for its range of gullies as it has applied multi-layer recyclate pipes for heavy-traffic gullies. The pavement and street gullies that are now successfully applied by a great many councils in the Netherlands were until recently made of `virgin` PVC (or single-wall pipe). With a view to taking a significant step towards sustainability for this "fastest-growing" plastic gully as well, BT Nyloplast now applies a basic material that is composed of over 50% recyclate.

In the field of ventilation components, we produce two different ranges. Our injection-moulded polystyrene ventilation products are perfectly resistant to various weather conditions. The different designs allow a wide application of these products in both outdoor and indoor installations. We offer a wide range of colours to ensure an aesthetic and well-matched environment. We also manufacture a wide range of PVC vent bonnets using thermoforming process. Our ventilation bonnets are available in single-wall or double-wall (against condensation) versions and have a diameter of up to 400 mm. Of course, covers are also available for all ventilation bonnets. The components are available in diameters from 80 mm up to 160 mm and in the colours white, grey, fawn and mocha.
