Shaft and Cast-In Pipe Connectors
Cast-in connectors are cast into a chamber or pipe during the production process. Alternatively, they can be bricked in and then embedded in an oversized hole. To do this, they are pressed into a hole drilled beforehand with a specific diameter (and low tolerance). We produce push-in and cast connectors for both horizontal and vertical applications. Push-in and cast connectors for vertical applications are equipped with a reinforced stop to withstand the pressure load (40kN according to Dutch standards). They are also provided with a special rubber seal to allow easy mounting of a standpipe (which must not be bevelled!).
Concrete connectors can be provided with a flange, which creates a longer "water passage" and protects the connector from deformation. A flange can be placed either at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of the connector. Another option is to have more than one flange on the connector. Concrete connectors for horizontal and vertical applications are also available in a flexible version. In this case, the socket is expanded after the ring chamber, which allows an angular movement of 6° in all directions. Concrete connectors for horizontal and vertical applications can be provided with a radially tapering start or end piece, which avoids protrusion or protrusion on the concrete wall.
We offer a wide range of pipe connectors for concrete and masonry manholes and wall penetrations. These connectors are available in diameters from 100 mm up to 630 mm, in white, beige, black, grey (RAL 7037) and orange brown (RAL 8023).
