The need to save water is increasing dramatically worldwide. The machines at BUCON are able to make very sharp corners/bends in corrugated sheets without damage. BUCON is therefore the only manufacturer able to make ‘square’ tanks. These are extremely suitable as a drip tray or buffer tank for ancillary water installations.

The BUCON patented corrugated steel roof is a very good and easy to install cover for new and existing silos with a diameter of up to 10
meters. The roof is sufficiently light- proof, draining and so sturdy that it can even be walked on. No extra reinforcements are required on the tank wall for the corrugated steel roof.

Bucon`s tensioned anti-algae covers are an efficient, cost-effective, and easy-to-install solution for preventing algae growth in storage tanks. Constructed from durable woven Polypropylene, these covers feature a doubly reinforced hem for enhanced durability. They come equipped with stainless steel eyes and a sturdy rope for secure attachment to tanks, making them ideal for tanks up to 6 meters in diameter. For larger tanks, a middle reinforcement can be added to the sealing, allowing for extended usage. These covers offer quick and straightforward assembly and disassembly, providing a practical solution for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of storage tanks in various industrial applications.

This cover is a double layer material with air pockets that makes the cover float on the surface. Very easy to install and usable for any size of tank. Deliverable with weighted bags for wind protection and available in the colors black/white, near black and transparent. A cheap, simple and strong solution to cover Bucon tanks.

This cover is used when it is essential that nothing from outside reaches the stored water in the Bucon tank. Delivered with a drain system to remove rain water. Perfectly wind-resistant and available for larger tanks.

Perfect for storing irrigation water, rainwater and waste water. Can also be used for drinking water.  Suitable for high peak water temperatures, up to 80 degrees Celsius.  Very good UV radiation resistance.

Magnelis is an exceptional metallic coating which provides a breakthrough in corrosion protection. Never before have corrugated steel tanks been so well protected against rust.  Studies at various universities have clearly shown that 3% magnesium provides greatly improved corrosion protection compared to other products on the market.

The Granite® HDX colour coating is organic and is applied immediately after galvanisation. This guarantees perfect adhesion of the coating and a very uniform layer thickness of 55 μm, This ensures long-term protection in aggressive environments. Available in the aesthetic colours RAL 6009 and RAL 7038.
