Bulk Handling Systems (BHS) has partnered with Napa Recycling and Waste Services and the city of Napa, California, to develop and operate an anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (AD-RNG) facility at the Napa Recycling and Composting Facility.

The AD-RNG project uses Zero Waste Energy's Smartferm Plug Flow system to recover energy content from Napa's existing organic waste stream in the form of biogas.
