Our filter bags for Reverse Air Filters set new standards by not only meeting the highest quality standards, but even exceeding them.

These mostly smaller filter systems (often with a filter area of only 5 - 200 m²) are preferable when discontinuous processes are involved, e.g. for the dedusting of conveyor systems, silos or workplaces.

ComPleat filter media are characterised by a high inherent stability and reduced thickness. This is a prerequisite for manufacturing elements with an increased filtration area, such as filter cartridges or filter cassettes. Because the bellows in such designs are cast or bonded, ComPleat® filter elements can achieve extremely low dust emissions.

Cartridge filters are large Diameter (>8” OD) that are used to clean air stream with low to moderate grain loading, while minimizing the footprint of the Dust Collector. The Cartridge Filter has a high cloth area relative to the filter’s height due to the pleated filtration media. The Cartridge Filter can be used in gas stream up to moderator temperature, depending on the filtration media and potting compound used to retain the pleats’ structure.

Hot gas filter elements can be used in both new systems and retrofits. In general, a variety of designs are possible.
