MICROBETON 30/2 works with two aggregate bins and its equipment are already installed on board (eventually, Also the control board). The most important specification Is that the MICROBETON 30/2 does not require civil works such us grounds containment walls for the loading ramp or cocnrete plinths, but it only needs a concrete bed for its installation. In this way the costs for the yard works are Set to zero. MICROBETON 30/2 can be moved in a working day, and for this reason it is very suitable for temporary yards. The hourly output rate is about 30 cubic meters. The low price makes MICROBETON 30/2 to perfect plant to be used directly on yard.

The PERFEKT is a Wet mobile plant (with mixer) with a big production capacity which is similar to the one of a fixed installation. It is available in two versions with or without winter cover. The time required to install and to make the plant in operation is not longer than two days.

The plant C-MIX 4/150 is a suitable plant for the production of mixed concrete for the construction of road foundations or magroni. The plant consists of 4 compartments aggregates, cement a lung, a lung ash (optional) and a continuous mixer from 150 m3 / h. The dosage of the cement takes place via fotovalvola and is controlled by a weighing system with load cells 3 for controlling the flow through the loss of weight of its own hopper.

The concrete recycling systems manufactured by “C&B due” are the best solution for the serious problem of the concrete waste and truck mixer washwater. These systems include a recycling machine (BR10 or BR 25 model) which flushes and separates the aggregates, thus preparing them for being used again. The water containing concrete waste is kept in a state of agitation through mechanical agitators and then reused in the production cycle.

These sturdy screens are used for the feeding of jaw crushers and optimize the efficiency of the same as it avoids the risk of feeding material that cannot be crushed as it is too fine.  It is made up of two sturdy side sections, rigidly joined by means bolting of the two screen decks.
The first screen deck is made of tapered bar sets, the top part made of anti-wear steel. The second deck is of lateral traction type fitted with steel mesh or perforated sheeting. The vibrator is constructed using vibrating-screen bearings, grease lubricated for heavy-duty working conditions, with easily adjustable eccentric masses.

These horizontal elliptical oscillation screens, act to reproduce and optimize the dynamic movement that is typical of manual screens. These machines are particularly suited to the installation of delicate mesh, either metallic or made of organic fibre, which are used for the sieving and sizing of ultra-fine materials, achieving results that are difficult to obtain with other kinds of screen. The SVP screens are activated by a flat translation movement along the elliptical trajectory on the deck itself. These trajectories have a constant width oscillation along the screen axis, while the transversal oscillation action reaches it maximum extent near the material feeder inlet, and diminishes gradually until it is completely dissolved, near the rear suspensions of the screen, before increasing once again in the vicinity of the discharge outlet.

The HOOK LIFT BODIES are now a large space for use in ecological platforms widening their scope once relegated exclusively to the collection of waste. To this end the LAMEC (commercial division of C&B DUE srl) is specialized in the REPAIR tippers, sandblasting and painting following the parameters required by the customer. Our range of demountable new, however, includes caissons suitable for the transport of light materials, such as paper plastic etc ..., up to caissons for the transport of ferrous materials. We offer our customers different types of rear openings, starting with folding doors that open in two leaves up to the tailgate (including hydraulic), passing through doors or openings combined flag (flag-swinging, swinging-book, etc ...). Our range of roll-off is completed by caissons provided with side profiled iron or even aluminum with varying heights according to the requests. The funds vary from a thickness of 3 mm to 5 mm, while for the wall thickness is 3 mm and 4 mm.
