Model VSS & VSD -Vibrating Screens

The side plates of the screen are duly machined and stiffened to receive the vibrator seats.

The special feed box lined in rubber-metal permits the receipt and the distribution of the material avoiding the rapid wear of the screening mesches in the feeding point and reducing the due noise to the impact of the material.

The bearing specially designed for these kind of machines are assembled on the vibrators together with the adjustable eccentric masses in order to obtain the most suitable amplitude according to the treated material.

A system of V-belts and pulleys gives the motions transmission to the vibrator, thus permitting the adjustment of the rotating speed and the vibration frequency.

The traditional suspensions with helicoidal steel springs allow the maximum vibration proof of the vibrating part of the machine compared to the base frame and the structures under the same.

When necessary the balancing suspensions brackets allow to change the inclination of the screens that normally is supplied at 15º.

The screening decks are designed to be equipped with steel meshes, perforated plates, polyurethane or rubber panels, with different fixing systems.

On the screens are assembled snubbers that dump the strong oscillations arising during their stops.

All the screens can be supplied with washing system or dust covers for the dry treatment of very dust materials.

For the screens with big dimensions it is forecast the installation of two vibrators that allow a best distribution of the strains in the body of the machines. 

The motion of these vibrators is synchronized by means of toothed belts.

For space problems, in particular situations, when it is impossible to install the traditional circular free vibrating screens can be supplied horizontal screens with unidirectional or elliptic vibrations.
