OIL & GAS
Calder - Model MEG - Methanol and Glycol Injection Pump
Methanol and glycol injection is used in process lines where there is a risk of hydrate formation at low temperatures. High pressures are required to overcome friction losses in subsea pipelines where the well head can be up to 100 kms from the platform.
Calder - Chemical Injection Systems
Our chemical injection systems are used in both onshore and offshore environments. We specialise in the design and manufacture of API 674 and API 675 pump packages that meet the high standards of specification, quality and reliability required by hazardous area operators. The range of pumped fluids is extensive, and the pressures and flows can be configured to suit your exact requirements. From basic chemical injection skids to bespoke systems, our design and build experience is extensive.
Scale Squeeze - Down Hole Systems
The deposition of mineral scale in down-hole systems is a problem in many water-producing wells. Speciality products are used to inhibit all types of oil-field scale (calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate and strontium sulphate).
Calder - Hydrocarbon Condensate Injection Pump
Our hydrocarbon condensate pump packages comprise a high pressure plunger pump, skid, motor, relief valve and suction/discharge dampeners and are available for Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas. Operating pressures from 60 to 1,000 bar are possible. Power ratings 20 kW through to 750 kW.
Well Services - Well Service and Well Intervention Pumps
Calder - Well Service Pumps
Post completion, there are many well service applications requiring a large range of pressures, flows and pumped medium. With maintenance and well integrity critical, our in-house design and engineering team focuses on safety and reliability to ensure our products meet the high expectations of our customers.
Calder - Well Intervention Pump
Our range of products covers all pumping applications for well work towards the end of the life of a well. Our combination of standard products, bespoke engineering capabilities, and product quality ensure we have the solution to your well intervention pumping requirements.
Calder - Multi-Purpose Offshore Pump Units
We design and manufacture well service and well intervention pumps for hazardous environment operation. Our pump packages achieve your application-specific flow and pressure requirements and meet the hazardous area standards and specifications of the operating region including NORSOK, ATEX, and IECEx. These pump units all benefit from Calder’s wealth of offshore, hazardous area design and engineering experience which has made our products popular and trusted with oil & gas operators for over three decades.
High Pressure Industrial Pumps
Calder - Water Jetting Pump
From major construction and civil engineering projects, the decommissioning and decontamination of nuclear installations, the surface preparation of ships’ hulls, to the removal of product contamination in chemical plant, vessels and reactors, our MultiJet machines have led the high pressure water jetting industry for over 30 years.
Calder - Offshore Water Jetting
Our MultiJet machines undertake high and ultra high pressure water jetting applications in Zone 1, Zone 2, and NORSOK hazardous areas. For operation on drill rig, production platform or FPSO, these offshore high pressure pump packages can be safely used in superstructure and fabric maintenance projects including heli-decks, accommodation areas, walkways, and pipes and supports. Our equipment is often used in conjunction with accessories for waterjet abrasive cold cutting of tanks, pipes and decks and other composite materials.
Compressors & Vacuum
Calder - Offshore Compressors
MultiAir Zone 2 compressors are designed and built to the same high standards as our MultiJet range of offshore pump units. Safety, reliability, ease of operation and good maintenance access are primary considerations for our engineering team. We offer various processing options up to 1,000 cfm @ 10 bar.
