The California Analytical Instruments’ NOxBox system has been specifically designed for harsh environment conditions frequently found in outdoor selective catalytic reactor applications. The analyzer system is housed in a Nema 4 enclosure with a front lockable door. The enclosure contains a heating and cooling system to maintain a constant internal temperature for the gas analyzer and interface equipment regardless of outside environmental effects. The sample is obtained directly through a heated sample line, after the optional heated filter.

Methane and Oxygen analyzer is housed in a climate controlled NEMA 4 or 4X enclosure approximately 48” H X 36” W X 16” D. The enclosure includes fittings for calibration gases, sample gas, and exhaust, solenoid valves for automatic calibration of each gas, inlet pressure regulator, flow meter with needle valve, particulate filter, and back pressure regulator assembly. Optional CO2 channel, water removal system, and sample pump are available. Area classification of the enclosure as well as an explosion proof air conditioner are also available.

The California Analytical Emissions Cart has been designed to provide a compact, self-contained emissions system. The complete system is contained in a single bay, roll around cabinet that may be moved to various test sites as required. This system will allow direct measurement of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, total hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen using proven research grade gas analyzers. All analyzers are Federal Register compliant , ETL and CSA approved and meet U. S. EPA 40 CFR Part 1065 regulations.
