ZAG-6L Zero Air Generator
The California Analytical Model ZAG-6L has been designed to operate continuously 24hours/ day, 7 days/week to provide a pure air source of “zero air” for use in analytical gas analysis equipment. The ZAG-6L completely eliminates the inconvenience and high costs of precision blended zero air cylinders. This is particularly important with instrumentation which, in addition to zero calibration air, requires pure air for burner combustion flame ionization detectors and ozone production for chemiluminescence analyzers. In these types of applications requiring a continuous supply of zero air, payback for the ZAG is usually less than six months. The generator is quiet and easy to install requiring only AC power and a source of compressed air.
Model Pump Pak II
The CAI Pump Pak II was designed to provide analyzers without internal sample pumps with a means of delivering sample for analysis.
Model 101 - Heated Sample Diluter
The CAI Model 101 Heated Sample Diluter is designed to precisely dilute samples of high concentrations of analytes and/or humidity. The Diluter has an internal heated sample pump and temperature adjustable oven. All components in contact with the sample are maintained at the set oven temperature preventing condensation. Dry air is mixed with the sample to the required dilution ratio insuring no condensate will be introduced into the analyzer.Model 600 SGD - Gas Divider
The Model 600 SGD will allow a master calibration gas to be diluted by up to 63 points with and dilute gas. Savings in master gas cylinders and automatic operation will provide a cost effective solution to large inventories of cylinders. The internal microprocessor offers different levels of access with code protected user levels to protect from unauthorized changes of internal parameters. The internal gas list is used to store various gases and user friendly software allows simple operation. Serial interface via RS 232 and TCP/IP allows the divider to be used with an external PC for programmed automatic operation. The Model 600 SGD may be ordered with an integral NOx efficiency tester to be incorporated in automated gas analysis systems.
