Canopus Water Technologies Inc. develops and manufactures non-chemical water disinfection systems for residential, industrial, and commercial applications. Our mission is water safety, without the use of additional chemicals. Canopus brings innovative technologies to an industry in a dire need of change. Chlorination is currently one of the primary ways water gets disinfected in this country. Chlorine combined with the organic material present in water can create harmful by-products, such as Chloroform, Bromoform, and/or trihalomethanes. We can no longer rely on the purity of water once it leaves a treatment facility, due to old and decaying water delivery systems across the nation. Canopus is committed to making technology serve people and businesses by safely and non-chemically disinfecting water to the highest quality standards as listed by the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Sanitation Foundation and the Water Quality Association.
