Carbon Black Superfine Impact Mill
As a by-product from the tire pyrolysis process, the carbon black is not so easy to reuse. We made
a lot of research on the refinery process. The best way is to use the superfine impact mill to mill the carbon black into 325-1000mesh, and then make round pellets. The pellets can be sold to rubber or PVC plant as the color agent (master batch). Currently, it is the most valuable re-use for the pyrolysis carbon black, the market selling price is about US$500-1000/Ton.
