The versatile CAR-LOGGER® is designed to: Display “Real-Time” flow information from any Carlon JSJ® or Cold Water Turbine series meter, when equipped with our optical coupler, and other contacting meters dependent on the dry contact setting.

Have a high volume application that requires a high degree of accuracy with low maintenance features? Then Carlon has a family of meters for you. Our cold water turbine meters are available from stock in sizes 2” to 8” with larger sizes available upon request. Carlon turbine meters provide an amazing +/- 2% accuracy at flow rates from 2 GPM all the way up to 4500 GPM (8” size) and 232 psi at temperatures from 35° to 122°F. Our turbine meters are all available in totalizing and electric contact configurations so that you can run your other process equipment (Carlon valves, timers, controllers and chemical pumps) directly from our turbine meter. Carlon Turbines meet or exceed AWWA C701 specifications and can be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an incline.

Carlon JSJ(RS)® electric contacting positive displacement meters with a Reed Switch designed register are manufactured for applications that require low contact settings combined with excellent reliability and accuracy. Our magnetic drive, oscillating piston, dry contact design sets this meter apart from the competitor’s multi-jet designs. Used in conjunction with Carlon timers and controllers, our JSJ(RS)® meters, manufactured in stainless steel for sizes up to 1” and leaded bronze for sizes 1½” & 2”, allow you to customize a system allowing strict control over your critical cooling tower, boiler, water softener regeneration or any chemical treatment application you require. Carlon JSJ(RS)® meters meet or exceed AWWA specifications.

The JLP® series is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 372 for lead free compliance. This no lead meter is designed for aggressive water such as reverse osmosis and de-ionized. When long life, low maintenance and high accuracy are needed in a plastic totalizing or pulse out water meter, Carlon’s JLP® plastic meters are what you want. The JLP series comes in four sizes, ½”, ¾”, 1” and 1½” and operates at flow rates from ¼ GPM to 50 GPM and pressure up to 100 psi. Carlon meters are designed in accordance with AWWA specifications and come with dry sealed registers and flow indicators. Carlon MRS® industrial electric contacting multi-jet meters are an economical answer for industrial applications needing good tolerance to contaminants, an electrical output signal and total volume registration. With an easy to read register display, the MRS® water meter is designed with reliability and affordability in mind. Used in conjunction with any of Carlon’s timers and controls; you can create a customized system specific to your application requirements. The MRS® meter is available in sizes from ¾" to 2”. Carlon’s MRS® Industrial meters meet or exceed AWWA specifications.

An accurate, reliable and durable dual timer is just as important in your water treatment equipment system lineup as is an accurate, reliable and durable water meter. Carlon’s programmable timers are recognized in the industry when it comes to accuracy, value, reliability and ease of operation. The PCT2® timer features reliable solid-state circuitry and easily adjustable program settings. Programming options include: simultaneous or sequential operation, time in minutes and seconds and historical tracking of input pulses to the controller. When you match a Carlon PCT2® Dual Timer with a Carlon Electric Contacting meter, you will have a rock-solid system that will provide years of trouble-free service.

Accurate, reliable and durable timers are just as important in your water treatment equipment system lineup as are the accurate, reliable and durable water meters. Carlon’s new PCT4® Quad Timer with Clock acts as a quad timer or a bleed and feed timer. The PCT4® offers easily adjustable programming with solid state circuitry in the hinged NEMA 4 polycarbonate box. Time is entered in minutes and seconds.

When long meter life, low maintenance and highest accuracy are needed in a totalizing water meter, Carlon’s JL® line of positive displacement meters are what you need. The JL® line has a well-deserved reputation for excellence in the world of commercial, municipal, and residential water meters. The JL® meter is available in sizes from ½" to 2” and operates at flow rates up to 160 GPM and pressures up to 150 psi. These ratings are well beyond what you will encounter for your commercial, municipal, and residential metering needs. All of Carlon’s JL® meters meet or exceed AWWA specifications.

The SJM® single jet series meter is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 372 for lead free compliance. This robust meter is suitable for reverse osmosis, deionized, hot (160ºF), or cold water. The SJM® meter can handle up to 232 psi and the sealed register has the ability to rotate 360º. The meter has an integral strainer and is offered in gallons or liters. The SJM® meter is designed in accordance with AWWA, C712-10 specifications and comes with a magnetic drive and dry sealed register to assure clear reading. The wet and dry side of the meter are separated and the magnetic coupling is shielded for protection from external magnetic fields. The SJM® meter comes with a reed switch for signaling controllers or remote readers. (See chart on the back for detailed specifications).
