Carter-Waters

Carter-Waters was started in 1922 by Kemper Carter and Bert Waters. In 1984, Jeff Hanes purchased Carter-Waters and helped turn the company into a leading distributor of construction supply materials. Aiglon Capital Management, along with Merit Capital Partners and Management, acquired the company in 2014. Carter-Waters offers 11 locations across Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois to serve our customers’ construction material and equipment needs. Carter-Waters also maintains an extensive rental inventory of concrete forming and shoring products, operates a custom rebar fabrication facility, manufactures special asphalt product at the Saturock Plant and provides estimating and detailing services for bid lettings.
