Model 1000 HP - Differential Pressure Reducing Regulators
Models 1000HP-1+6 or 1000HP-1+8 are differential reducing regulators used to maintain a relatively constant pressure differential between the fluid loading pressure and the valve’s outlet pressure. Model 1000HP-1+6 is a single-diaphragm differential design. Model 1000HP-1+8 is a double-diaphragm differential design. Both available in sizes from ½” thru 2” (DN15 – DN50). A double-diaphragm design prevents the fluid passing through the body from mixing into the loading fluid pressurizing the spring chamber in the event of a diaphragm failure. The design takes advantage of all the features of the basic 1000HP reducing regulator.
Model 987 - Differential Pressure Reducing Regulators
The Model DA2 is a differential reducing regulator used to maintain a constant pressure differential between a fluid loading pressure (PLOAD) piped to the spring chamber and the regulator`s outlet pressure (P2). In the Model DA2 the P2 pressure is higher than the PLOAD (Positive Bias). The amount of bias or differential pressure (ΔPDiff) is controlled by the user adjustable setting of the range spring in the spring chamber. The regulator uses a fl ow-to-open, cage balanced trim. The diaphragm is isolated from the fluid flow path by a balancing piston, which allows the user to specify either internal or external sensing of the P2 pressure.

Model DA1 - Pressure Reducing Regulator
The Model DA1 is a high performance, spring operated, fl ow-to-open pressure reducing regulator with internal pressure balancing piston-cylinder that provides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability. Internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings. Performance approaches that of com petitive pilot-operated designs in the basic construction. Applied primarily in clean gaseous or liquid services. Truly a “DO-ALL” pressure regulator.
Model DA2 - Differential Pressure Reducing Regulators
The Model DA2 is a differential reducing regulator used to maintain a constant pressure differential between a fluid loading pressure (PLOAD) piped to the spring chamber and the regulator`s outlet pressure (P2). In the Model DA2 the P2 pressure is higher than the PLOAD (Positive Bias). Model 2296 / 2296HF - Pneumatic or Electric Actuated Control Valve
The Model 2296 / 2296HF is an inexpensive stainless steel or bronze globe-style, control valve for plant utility and process ap pli ca tions. It is avail able with multiple char ac ter is tics. Model 2296 - Sizes include 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" (DN 15, 20, 25, 40 and 50).
Model 2296HF - Sizes 1-1/2" and 2" (DN40 and 50). Cast Bronze material only.
Model 521 - Globe Control Valve
The Cashco Model 521 is a sliding stem, globe style, bellows sealed, pneumatically actuated control valve designed to provide superior long-term performance and maximum corrosion re sis tance in pure chemical service. The design allows for all wetted internal parts to be machined from a solid block of isostatically compacted, virgin TFE, thus ensuring maximum density and the lowest possible permeability.
An additional design benefit is that the wall thickness integrity is nsured as a result of the TFE body being internally machined after it is secured in a cast 304 SST body shell, thus preventing distortion problems related to the plastic stability of TFE. There is simply no better design or materials available when con sid era tion is given to corrosion resistance and thermal stability.
High Pressure
Model 5300P - Air Filter Regulator
The Model 5300P is a 316L SST self-contained pressure reducing air regulator designed for gaseous service including sour gas and other corrosive gases. The unit is capable of controlling outlet pressure between 0-150 psig (.0-10.0 Barg) with a maximum inlet pressure of 290 psig (20 Barg).
Model P1 - Single Stage Pressure Reducing Regulator
The Model P1 is designed for gases and liquids with inlet pressures up to 3600 psig (248 Barg). Standard adjustable outlet ranges from 1-10 psig (.07-.69 Barg) thru 10-750 psig (.69-51.7 Barg). Flow coefficient of 0.02, 0.06, and 0.20 avail able. This ver sa tile point of use reg u la tor can be ordered with a variety of op tions to meet your sys tem demands. Standard construction includes 40 mi cron integral filter and diffusion resistant stainless steel diaphragm.
