 The CPI  Recuperative Catalytic Oxidizer combines a low-temperature oxidation catalyst,  primary heat exchanger, and an efficient combustion system in a convenient integrated package. These systems are easy to install, provide very high VOC removal efficiency, and offer low operating costs. With zero moving parts in the reactor, the CPI Catalytic Oxidizer provides the highest uptime reliability and long equipment life.

The VECTOR-e line of catalytic oxidizers is based on the success of our VECTOR System with the substation of an electric heating system – rather than a gas combustion system. The VECTOR-NR Series catalytic oxidizers are designed to treat hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOC), hazardous air pollutants (HAP), noxious and odorous emissions. The system is a low cost catalytic oxidizer that does not incorporate a primary heat exchanger. Especially well suited to applications with high inlet temperatures where a primary heat exchanger does not offer a fast return on investment.

VANGUARD Ammonia Abatement Systems are designed to remove ammonia from either a liquid waste stream or from a vapor exhaust. At the heart of the VANGUARD System is our unique catalytic treatment device. The VANGUARD System incorporates unique features that allow for Ammonia removal from air streams with a very small percentage of NOx formation. NOx formation is further reduced by the use of secondary catalyst systems without the use of costly reactants and chemcials.

TRITON III-Series Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) are the traditional three-tower (or multiple tower) designed RTO. While these systems require somewhat higher initial cost, their benefits are realized by being able to achieve up to 99.9% removal efficiency. In some applications, this level of removal efficiency may be required to meet permitting requirement, corporate emission goals, or if odorous compounds are a concern, the TRITON III-Series Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is the perfect solution.
