CD Environmental Engineering, LLC. (CD) is a full service environmental consulting firm offering full scale environmental compliance services. CE provides engineering services to deal with the investigation, evaluation and remedial design of environmental compliance issues in air, compliance reporting, permitting, storm water, waste, and wastewater. Mr. Tom R. Caldwell, P.E. founded Caldwell Engineering in 1990. In January of 2012, Mr. Doug W Durant, P.E., P.G. became a co-owner with Mr. Caldwell. With the new ownership, the name of the company was changed to CD Environmental Engineering, LLC. CD Environmental Engineering also continues to do business as Caldwell Engineering.
