​Cerulean's tube packing machines are designed for hygienic packing from makers. They are robustly constructed whilst incorporating the latest control and display technology. The user-friendly colour touch screens enable the user to control set up, packing options, tube infeed conveyor speed and store all settings in a library for quick changeover and later use.The FPS-300s is a servo-controlled tube packer offering the ability to pack up to 300 tubes per minute. With flexible packing configurations, the FPS-300s is Industry 4.0 ready and the choice of tube manufacturers globally.The FPS-120s is a simple and robust packing machine designed to pack up to 120 tube per minute and incorporates a powerful Omron NX PLC and fit-and-forget pneumatics from Festo.

The Cerulean range of air samplers includes the AS600 which are high-volume air samplers for measuring enzyme and dust levels. Enclosed in stainless steel and featuring a brushless, maintenance-free motor driving a side channel blower, it provides run times of up to 336 hours and user-defined sample flow rates.

The consistent flow of cartons through form and fill machines are governed by two critical parameters- crease quality and frictional forces between carton surfaces. Cerulean offers the LCT which measures the torque required to fold the carton crease and the coefficient of friction.

Cerulean Air Sampler Calibration Check Device is designed to check the calibration of Cerulean AS600 and AS600XR Air Samplers. At the heart of Cerulean Air Samplers is a flowmeter that uses a differential pressure orifice plate. As air flows through the orifice plate, it creates a pressure differential between the two faces of the  plate.  The difference in  pressure is dependant upon the flow rate and  thus accurate measurement of this pressure differential determines the flow rate. The pressure differential is detected by two pressure transducers located in the instrument box of the Cerulean Air Sampler. 

The handling of enzymes during manufacturing processes can constitute a sensitizing hazard to employees. Firms are required to comply with legislation such as REACH in the  EU through monitoring and controlling exposure during work periods. The AS600XR is a rugged, fixed position high volume air sampler developed in conjunction with world renowned organisations for measuring enzyme levels. Enclosed in stainless steel and featuring  a brushless maintenance-free motor driving a side channel blower, it is powered via 110V, 240V providing run times of up to 336 hours and flow rates up to 750 L/min with correction for temperature and pressure changes.  Air volumes are adjusted automatically and the integral temperature sensor corrects flow for changes without loss of accuracy or the need to calculate and use manual correction factors. It is also capable of continuing sampling following a power interruption without loss of data

Cerulean presents the Celsius instruments verification kit. The Celsius temperature measurement instruments require verification as part of day to day operations. This is to ensure that  the instrument`s calibration is valid. The verification kit (C-Verikit)  is the recommended tool to perform this task and comes with full  manufacturer`s warranty, service and support.  C-Verikit. a complete turnkey solution,  is easy to use and prevents the use of open liquid containers that are prone to spillage and other complications. It consists of sealed liquid containers and a calibrated temperature probe and indicator.

The CPST400H / HR is a quick `GO/ NO GO` unit that detects moisture leaks in cigarette packs or cartons. The measurement head    automatically  perforates the  sample  pack  and  whilst maintaining a vacuum seal around the hole, applies a  constant airflow to the hole. By isolating the pack or carton from external influences the accuracy and precision of the test is maintained. Once perforated and sealed the CPST400H / HR measures the back pressure which is directly related to the integrity of the pack seal. Results are clearly displayed to the user on the front panel. The design of the sealing cup allows for reliable and consistent measurement for both hard and soft packs.
The unit is also available with an optional 10-pack hopper feeder (pictured) and manometer (CPST400H).

The Cerulean PST 350P pack seal tester provides a reliable fast and   efficient  method  for  automatically   measur ing   pack seal
integrity with the minimum of operator intervention. The PST350P has been specifically designed for the routine test of ultra-slim  
and ultra-small packs including "lipstick" packs.  

The C2 is the most advanced test station for cigarette measurement available on the market today, with an array of parameters available to the user. In its Auto-sampling mode it serves predominantly a single maker with the option of using its hopper to allow measurements to be made when the line is inoperative. Sitting on a custom bolster the C2 sampling system gently removes a rod for test from the mass flow without the use of potentially damaging compressed air or suction. Minimal disturbance ensures that measurements are both accurate and representative of what is happening in your process. Within the C2, auto-calibration technology significantly reduces maintenance requirements and costs allowing operators to concentrate on maker efficiency. The user-friendly graphical interface presents results as easy to understand graphs and provides statistical process control through real time multiple at line measurements.

The PPM Express measures and displays the permeability of papers used in cigarette manufacture up to 40,000 CU (on standard clamps) and is suitable for paper types such as tipping, ventilated tipping, envelope and plug wrap. The PPM Express has been specifically designed to provide the industry with a simple, fast, easy to use, stand alone manually fed permeability measurement instrument, which utilizes familiar clamp styles used on the Cerulean PPM100 and PPM1000M.
