CeTeau - Segmental Reinforced Block Wall

CeTeau segmental reinforced blocks wall, Economical, Flexible, Durable, Easy to install, and aesthetically pleasing. Our block walls are gravity retaining walls consisting of concrete masonry units, which are placed without the use of mortar (dry stacked), and which rely on a combination of the mechanical tongue and groove interlock, mass and geogrid anchoring to prevent overturning and sliding. The geogrid reinforcement which extends into the backfill forms in combination with the horizontal layers of compacted soil a integrated system, to increase the effective width and weight of the gravity mass.

Bio Energy

CeTeau - Covered Lagoons

Our geosynthetic products are excellent for lining and covering. These products have a high tensile strength and are UV resistant, ensuring low maintenance and a long product lifetime.

Geofabrics

CeTeau - Nonwoven Geotextiles

Nonwoven geotextiles are high-tech, engineered fabrics made from synthetic fibers. Nonwoven Geotextiles are manufactured through a process of needle-punching that involves forcibly entangling layers of loose staple fibers into a three-dimensional structure. CeTeau Nonwoven Needle-punched Geotextiles are among the most versatile types of geotextiles. They are available in many weights, with heavier fabrics possessing superior strength. High elongation characteristics ensure survivability in demanding installations.

CeTeau - Woven Geotextiles

Woven geotextiles are woven from durable, high-modulus synthetic yarns into competent, robust, dimensionally stable geotextiles. The high tenacity yarns are woven by an innovative weaving structure providing for integrated material, therewith meeting the requirements of strength, low elongation, filtration and separation.

CeTeau - Woven Geogrids

Woven Geogrids are flexible woven with high molecular weight and low-creep polyester (PET) yarns which provide a wide range of tensile strengths for different soil reinforcement applications. The ultimate tensile strength of the uniaxial geogrids can range from 20 kN/m to 1000 kN/m and those of biaxial woven geogrids from 20 kN/m to 250 kN/m. The geogrids are uniformly coated with protective non-toxic substances to enhance the overall resistance to abrasion, ultraviolet, weathering, acid, alkali, bio-decomposition, and other possible external conditions that may affect the product performance. The geogrids are highly stable and durable against UV light and weathering.

Geoliners

CeTeau - High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Smooth Synthetic Membrane

A geomembrane is a very low permeability synthetic membrane liner or barrier commonly used to control fluid (or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or system.

CeTeau - High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Textured Geomembrane

CeTeau textured HDPE is a co-extruded textured high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane which is used in applications that require increased frictional resistance. The textured surface allows for increased interface strength against soils, textiles, geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) and other critical interfaces. The texture is available on one or on both sides, while it has smooth edges to facilitate wedge welding of the membrane panels in the field.

CeTeau - Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCL)

CeTeau Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCL) are high-performance environmental liners comprised of a layer of low-permeable natural sodium bentonite sandwiched between a nonwoven carrier component and a woven geotextile. Our 6mm thick GCLs provide a better engineered hydraulic performance than one meter of compacted clay. We can also offer an additional barrier by adding a layer of LDPE to the GCL creating an extremely versatile sealing geo-composite material. With the self-sealing property and normal overlapped seams, cost-effective installation makes GCL the superior choice for a wide range of applications.

PVC Sheet Piles

CeTeau - Vinyl Sheet Pile

There are a large number of techniques to drive vinyl sheet piles. The system used largely depends on the circumstances. In some situations, particularly when short lengths of Plastic Piling are being installed, it can be inserted into the ground manually by using a maul and pile cap. This is often the case in peat land areas, where the ground conditions are more favorable. When installing longer lengths, or where the ground conditions are more difficult, a piling hammer should be used. Driving the sheet pile directly can be done with a standard pneumatic hammer or a light vibrator with or without a clamp. This system is only suitable for driving at light conditions and to a limited depth.

Vibro Compaction

CeTeau - Vibro Compaction/Replacement

Vibro Compaction is a technique that enables the rearrangement of soil particles into a denser configuration with vibration by the use of powerful downhole deep vibrating probes. Vibro Replacement (Stone Columns) uses the same principle as the Vibro Compaction (powerful vibroflots that generate vibration to rearrange soil particles), but in soils where VC is not possible due to higher fines content (higher than 10% and typically less than 40%). Hence, the densification is achieved by displacement of the soils radially by the vibrator, refilling the resulting space with granular material which results in the construction of stone columns at the treatment locations.
