Flow K is a food grade Potassium Bicarbonate formulated with a flow aid to assure excellent storage and handling properties. It can be used in the same way that sodium bicarbonate is used to provide leavening in baked goods and the fizz in effervescent products.

Ammonium Bicarbonate is available with or without a flow aid that helps to preserve good handling properties. It is uniquely suited to the leavening of low finished product moisture baked goods like crackers and cookies. It is highly efficient, converting completely to leavening gases.
