Geotextiles

DuraForce - Geotextiles Fabric

DuraForce AS series geotextile is manufactured and tested to exact quality standards and rated according to the NZTA F/7 specification for geotextiles.

Filter Plus - Nonwoven Geotextile Filter Fabric

Filter Plus is supplied in small roll sizes and is best suited for subsoil drainage, filtration and separation, by preventing the intermixing of aggregates and soils. Filter Plus is ideal for smaller site applications. Nonwoven needle-punched geotextiles are manufactured from the extrusion of polymer fibres which are then laid down on a manufacturing ‘bed’. They are then needle punched to entangle the threads, resulting in a permeable, yet dimensionally stable product. Additional thermal treatment is applied to improve the strength of the geotextile further. Therefore, due to this manufacturing process nonwoven geotextiles are best used in applications of drainage, filtration and protection.

Geogrids

Stratagrid - High-Performance Polyester Soil Reinforcement Grid

This geogrid is manufactured from polyester yarns that have a high molecular weight and excellent tensile strength. These yarns are then knitted into a dimensionally stable network of apertures to form the geometric grid shape which offers tensile reinforcement to the soil.

Secugrid - Geogrids

Secugrid geogrids are used for stabilisation and reinforcement of both pavements and foundations. This geogrid is designed to interlock with the aggregate placed above it to provide stabilisation and bearing capacity improvement to soft subgrades and also reduce rutting in a pavement application.

CombiGrid - Multi-Directional Geocomposite Grid

Combigrid is a rigid multi-directional geocomposite for reinforcing pavements and soft subgrades. CombiGrid is ideal for reducing aggregate depth requirements and providing a stable platform on soft ground.

Stormwater

Triton - Stormwater Systems

The Triton stormwater system is suited for subsurface stormwater management including infiltration, retention, detention and conveyance. It is essential to properly contain sediments, contaminants, and surface runoff in order to meet environmental regulations and create world-class projects.

RainSmart - Modular Tank System

The RainSmart modular tank system is suited for subsurface infiltration, retention and detention stormwater applications. The modules are manufactured using recycled materials and provide a lightweight, structural component to an engineered design. The system is ideally suited for the construction of underground infiltration, retention, detention tanks, grass swale, subsurface interception channels, septic leach drains and lightweight void fillers for roof garden and planter box applications.

Block Retaining Systems

Allan - Block

The Allan Block success began three decades ago with the introduction of their patented segmental retaining wall product – The Original Allan Block. The success story continues with the development of creative and innovative construction products, aiming to revolutionise the way the world builds. The Allan Block stacks beautifully and creates a smooth and fluid finish for every wall, bringing a refined look of classic natural beauty to any landscape. It is easy to install, durable, cost-effective and, best of all, it looks great. Expect high performance with the first-ever segmental retaining wall system that has conducted full-scale seismic testing.

Rocklok - Segmental Concrete Block Retaining Wall System

The Rocklok segmental concrete block retaining wall system has been proudly developed in New Zealand in conjunction with engineers to meet the demands found in this highly active seismic region.

Subsoil Drainage

FilterSleeve - Circular Knitted Filter

Filter Sleeve is a tested and proven solution for protecting subsoil drains from sedimentation. Filter Sleeve is a readily available, cost-effective and proven filter making it an ideal choice for protection of perforated pipe. Manufactured as a three-dimensional knitted fabric, Filter Sleeve is supplied in a seamless length to fit the broad range of pipe sizes available. Filter Sleeve works by trapping the soil particles and assisting the formation of a soil filter around the pipe. Produced in New Zealand, Cirtex® uses strict ISO 9001 quality controlled certified procedures as the performance of the product is dependent on the accurate formation of the knit structure and pore sizes. Choose Cirtex Filter Sleeve for dependable results. Filter Sleeve is fitted to the pipeline on site using preloaded applicators or it may be purchased pre-installed from leading pipe manufacturers.
