CK600HXL has an excellent shearing system and can process up to 3 bales per hour. It is ideal for PET and aluminium cans. It produces bales of cardboard up to 600kg. It has a generous hopper opening (more than 35% larger than CK600H) which allows easier feeding of large volumes of waste with a loading shovel. It has a 60 tonne compaction force which gives high density bales. It has a horizontal tying system and second bale eject.

CK400HFE is ideal for volume reduction of small sized material eg small boxes, shredded air blown material. It produces bales of cardboard up to 450kg. With the press plate extending the whole way to the door, the CK400HFE will produce a very dense mill sized bale. The bale can be fully discharged from the chamber after tying, making it easy to switch between materials. CK400HFE operates on three phase and has vertical tying.

CK600H has an excellent shearing system for heavy duty material and has a throughput of up to 2 tonnes per hour. It is ideal for volume reduction of small brittle material. CK600H produces bales of cardboard up to 600kg. It has a horizontal tying system and second bale eject.

CK450HFE has full bale discharge so material can be changed without contamination of bales. The full eject system can save time when processing material as it does not rely on the second batch of material to discharge the bale. This solution is suitable for applications where fast turnaround and more throughput is required. CK450HFE gives excellent compaction of small brittle material. It produces bales of cardboard up to 500kg. Bales can be tied at any bale length.

The CK-TR121XL is a fully automatic twin ram / two ram baler suitable for baling a wide variety of materials. Depending on material and feeding method, throughputs of over 4 tonnes per hour can be achieved. A range of bale tying methods is available to suit various customer applications.

This baler is a wider version of the CK500V LUD. The benefit of this balers is it’s large feed opening giving it the capability to take larger material without the need to fold it. This saves time when loading the baler. The CK500W produces larger bales, up to 550kg bale of cardboard. It can bale a range of material including plastic, hard plastic, cardboard and WEEE material.

The CK500V is suitable for premises with substantial waste. It produces mill sized bales suitable for loading 3 high on curtain sider. It can be used to bale a range of materials including plastic, plastic film, hard plastic, WEEE material and cardboard. CK500V produces bales of cardboard up to 500kg.

CK 25D is a twin chamber baler allowing two separate waste streams to be baled. The light head can be easily moved from chamber to chamber. Produces bales up to 70kg cardboard.

This baler is suitable for premises with substantial waste. It produces an excellent bale of plastic or cardboard. CK151 LUD produces bales of cardboard up to 150kg. It has a slide up door for minimum operating space and a wide feed opening for larger boxes. Automatic opening allows for ease of loading.

CK 50L is a compact baler suitable for small areas. It is low height for standard door clearance. It produces an excellent bale of cardboard up to 70kg.
