C.L. Benninger Equipment (1995) LTD. is a Farm and Lawn Care Equipment Dealership located in the heart of Kent County, in the city of Chatham, Ontario, Canada. The company was formerly called J.V. Dent which itself dates back to 1909, then owned by James Dent. It was incorporated in the 1960`s and taken over by Edsel Dent. In 1974 Carl Benninger purchased a 50% share and bought the balance in 1979. In 1983 the name was changed to C.L. Benninger Equipment Ltd. In 1995, the company was purchased by its current owners; Wayne Bobier and Gerald Spriel.
