The Model 100-01 is the basic valve used in nearly all Cla-Val automatic control valves. It is the valve of choice for system applications requiring remote control, pressure regulation, solenoid operation, rate of flow control, liquid level control or check valve operation.

The Cla-Val Model 100-01H consists of the standard Cla-Val 100-01 Hytrol Valve and the Cla-Val X43 H-Style Strainer. This flanged end, globe or angle pattern valves is available in sizes 1-1/2” through 24.” Its large flow area design, configured with the mesh perpendicular to flow, produces low-pressure drop while effectively protecting piping and equipment from pipeline debris.

The 100-01KO Hytrol is the main valve used in Cla-Val Automatic Control Valves for high differential applications requiring remote control, pressure regulation, solenoid operation, rate of flow control or liquid level control. The Anti-Cavitation Trim components can be retrofitted to existing valves if the application indicates an appropriate need.

The Cla-Val Model 100-02 is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated, globe or angle pattern valve. It consists of four major components: body, intermediate chamber, diaphragm assembly and cover. The diaphragm assembly is the only moving part.

Cla-Val Models 90-01 and 690-01 Pressure Reducing Valves automatically reduce higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure, regardless of changing flow rate and/or varying inlet pressure. Each valve is an accurate, pilot-operated regulator capable of holding downstream pressure to a pre-determined limit. When downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting of the control pilot, the main valve and pilot valve close drip-tight.

The Cla-Val Model 90-01KO Hytrol Pressure Reducing Valve with Anti-Cavitation Trim automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure, regardless of changing flow rate and/or varying inlet pressure. The valve is equipped with Anti-Cavitation Trim to provide for optimum downstream pressure control while reducing noise and eliminating the damage associated with cavitation.

The Cla-Val Model CRD-L Pressure Reducing Valve automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure with our unique design. This valve is an accurate regulator capable of holding downstream pressure to a predetermined amount, regardless of upstream pressure fluctuations.

The Cla-Val Model 92-01 and 692-01 Combination Pressure Reducing and Pressure Sustaining Valve automatically performs two independent functions – it maintains a constant downstream pressure, regardless of fluctuating demand, and sustains the upstream pressure to a pre-determined minimum.

Cla-Val Models 92-07 (full port) / 692-07 (reduced port) Combination Pressure Reducing, Pressure Sustaining and Solenoid Control Valves automatically perform three independent functions – they maintain a constant downstream pressure, sustain upstream pressure and utilize a solenoid override to shut the valve drip-tight.
