Sizing of ESP depends not only on gas volume and temperature but also on physical and chemical properties of gas and particulates. The experience of CLAIR team dealing with various processes in industry have created a large data bank for sizing of ESPs for collection of particulates with varying physical and chemical properties. With the help of this databank, CLAIR is in a position to offer designed/sized ESPs to all process industries. CLAIR has a team of personnel with more than 25 years experience in application engineering, design, manufacture, quality control, erection, testing and commissioning of ESPs.

For cleaning of high temperature gases reverse air bag houses are widely used in the industry.  Compared to the high pressure cleaning systems, the reverse air cleaning system used in RABH is most suitable for Woven and fragile high temperature filter media like fiber glass which can withstand operating temperatures of 230 – 250 Deg C.  RABHs are offered with offline cleaning systems and hence normally will be in modular constructions. Clair RABHs are offered with both normal fiber glass bags and with fiber glass PTFE membrane filter media. The optimal air to cloth ratios are selected depending on dust concentrations and type of filter media. 

The pulse jet bag filters are used to clean dust laden gases emitted from process equipment of material handling, grinding mills etc. These bag filters are widely used in utility boilers, cement, steel, sugar, chemical and pulp and paper industries.
