CLAIR has substantial experience in design, manufacture and supply of Gas Cooling Systems for cooling of dust laden process gases.
Gas Conditioning Systems are offered with both high pressure spill back nozzles and low pressure air assisted atomizing nozzles.
High pressure spill back nozzle systems are offered completely with valve rack assembly, control valves, PID / PLC based control system for efficient gas cooling with desired outlet temperatures.
Low Pressure twin-fluid nozzle systems are offered where compressed air from 6 to 7 Kg is used to atomize the water for fine and uniform spray with droplet sizes as low as 30 to 40 microns. This ensures the complete evaporation of water droplet even at higher gas velocities, thus reducing the overall size of the conditioning towers.
The system is offered with air and water control valves and PLC based Control system for efficient gas cooling with desired outlet temperatures.
