Totally from within-house we can offer a total package including the control panel/MCC, electrical cabling, commissioning and breakdown support.

Sand Filter Plants - We offer a comprehensive service on both gravity and pressure water filters covering, re-sanding, nozzle cleaning and levelling, laterals and laundry channel replacement, valves, pipework, pumps and control systems. We have a specially designed sand injection unit which is used in conjunction with the site water supply to obtain a fast and efficient re-sanding process. Full pipe work service is also available which includes valves and valve actuators. We offer in-house control solution design to upgrade existing filters and improve their performance.

We are currently framework partners for the installation & maintenance of instrumentation for both Yorkshire Water and United Utilities

Our Design team will ensure your requirements are fully integrated into the project designs, our installation engineers will work alongside and in harmony with your site staff to minimise disruption and after commissioning we will provide full Operating and Maintenance Manuals and undertake site operation training.
