Most automated plants are controlled via a PLC in conjunction with various instrumentation inputs and outputs to the plant. Our EM&I service not only covers the PLC but also the field instrumentation, so when a fault occurs we offer a single source repair solution.
Besides offering a comprehensive repair facility we also can provide an upgrade design and installation service. Working with the clients engineers we will review the current equipment, the PLC programme and determine the future needs before submitting a free fixed price tender for an upgrade or expansion solution.
Any modifications completed will include full design and “as built” drawings including Operating and Maintenance Manuals and a copy of the PLC programme in both electronic and hard copy.
