Dry Filter Spray Booths

Dry Filter Spray Booths complete with axial fans are manufactured using the latest automated CNC and folding machinery. This will ensure the end user of a robust, durable booth that will consistently perform as designed.

Powder Coating Spray Booths

Our Premium Powder Coating Booth is exactly what the title states. A premium booth with the end user in mind. Contrusted of Prime 1.2mm thick Galvanised Steel punched and folded. Strong, ridged and pleasing to the eye with inly smooth faces on show. With the use of a high performing belt driven axial fan this pulls any over spray to the anti-static filters and holds the powder, therefor making the air clean and dispersed back into the work area so no need for exhaust ducting to the atmosphere. As the powder builds up around the filters at set time intervals a pulse of compressed air from the CE marked header tank mounted at the rear of the booth then cleans the filters and the powder drops into a collection hopper, which if the conditions are correct can be re-used cutting down on overall powder usage. These booths can be deigned to any size required with the use of modular design. Standard with a 1m working canopy depth but can be changed to any size that is also needed.

Premium Water Wash Booths

Our premium water wash booth comprises of a separate wash tower scrubbing any water borne paint back down into the holding tank, with sharp changes of direction and banks of sheet metal eliminators with a mid level spray bar forcing water down through hollow cone nozzles at 300mm intervals. A ergonomically mounted weir floods the stainless steel water curtain allowing 400 liters per minute pour over catching the over spray down into the holding tank. High performing belt driven axial fans are used and matched to every different size module.

Paint Stores & Mixing Rooms

Our Paint Stores & Mixing Rooms are an integral part of our business and a very important part of yours. With most rooms being a different size we design our rooms to your specifications. We size the fans to this so to keep well within the HSE guidelines. Constructed from Prime steel sheets pre coated white makes our rooms stand out from the crowd, being double skin with 50mm of insulation makes each panel strong, robust and long lasting. Extraction is placed in the best possible location depending on the size and layout of the room, low level and bench height extraction so no harmful substances lay stagnant. Any ducting is kept outide the room to keep all available space accessible. A fibrglass panel filter is placed opposite to make a clean and safe work space. Supplied with floor capping when fitted to a level concrete floor can be sealed with an acrylic to keep any spillages contained within the room. We can supply rooms with floor panels to give a complete bunded base.
