By using CNC machinery makes for an easy on-site installation, also keeping maintenance down time to a minimum.
Having modular design helps with making any size booth that you need, fan size and power output will differ to booth size. Roof or rear mounted fans for any room size is also available.

As with most things no install is ever the same as the last, but any layout of ducting can be made to suit your needs with off the shelf products.
On-Site Installation
We do offer on-site installation and will be happy to offer you a quote to do the necessary works.
We do our standard height booth at 2.2m internally giving enough head room also with a spacious feel.
We do our extra height booth at 3.0m internally for them larger parts, also giving you an extra bank of filter keeping them looking smooth.
Our low level extract chests sit at 1.1m high with a single bank of filter media. Supplied in one ready built unit ready to slide in to position and get to work.
Sides can be easily added to give more of a product covering and creates more of a tunnel booth. These can be added at 1m width intervals.
Spray Booth lighting can be added for that extra piece of mind, can be either supplied as a glazed hole stiffened all around or with light fittings and reflectors.
Double tier extract chests are ideal when self building an enclosed booth, tied in with input filter to the opposite end works out a cheaper alternative to self build full enclosed spray booth.
Enclosed booths offer a cleaner area to spray, with input filters making the booth a cross draft booth for even and balanced airflow,
